What are cordierite and mullite?
Both cordierite and mullite are high-quality natural high-temperature refractory materials, sintered in a kiln environment at 2100 ° F. And it can be safely heated to a high temperature of 1400 ° F without breaking under thermal shock. Our ceramic baking trays can be directly used for ovens or grills, and they have passed certifications such as FDA (US), RoHS (EU), LFGB (Germany), etc.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, LC at sight, Paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance payment. We mostly deal with T/T for most of our customers.
How is the round pastry pan packed for shipment?
Every ceramic round pastry pan with handles is wrapped with protective packing and loaded into export cartons. The pieces per carton, the carton size and your own shipping marks can all be arranged according to your requirement.
How long does production take for a 1000-piece order?
Our delivery time is about 30 days after the deposit and the artwork are confirmed. For repeat orders with existing molds the schedule is usually shorter, and we will confirm the exact date in the proforma invoice.
Can you print our logo on the pan or on the packaging?
Yes. Your logo can be printed on the ceramic pan itself and on the carton or inner packaging. Custom logo and custom packing follow the same 1000 pieces minimum order quantity.
Where is the pan produced and can we audit the factory?
The pan is produced in Zhaoqing, China, in our own ceramic factory. Our plants hold ISO9001, BSCI and BEPI audits, and we welcome factory visits or third-party inspections arranged by your own QC team before shipment.
Can you mix this pan with other ceramic items in one container?
Yes, we can combine the round pastry pan with other ceramic bakeware in one container or one shipment, and we will work out the best loading plan so that your freight cost stays as low as possible.
