Custom Process
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
- If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
- If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.
After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, Our engineers will test the samples, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.
After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.
After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in plastic bags and then in cartons. You can choose from the following packaging methods, and the corresponding prices are different:
- White or brown inner box + styrofoam within master carton;
- Gift inner box + styrofoam within master carton;
- Save packaging - stones separated by corrugated paper. Then we will ship our goods, usually by ship or land transport.

- Leave production to us and leave time to your market. We will customize the products you need in the shortest time and give them to you with the highest quality requirements.
- Communicate specific requirements to customers: Let us know more quickly what you want and what we can do to answer your questions about customization.
- Technological selection: You can choose the size you need from our product range, or make a new size according to your requirements, and customize the product and packaging with your own brand.
- Confirmation voucher: Check product production information. Our staff will check the product information with you and start the production after confirming the bill making. Be sure to check it carefully to avoid mistakes in the later production process.
- Make a proof: It has been very smooth till now. We will send the sample to you and confirm and adjust with you again to ensure that there will be no mistake in mass production. You just have to be patient.
- Bulk production: 1000 pieces minimum order. The production cycle is about 35 days. Workshop systematic management, regional planning, clear division of labor, production information strictly confidential, can be trusted to our production.
